Please use the form below to detail the installation you are inquiring about for support.

Please note that we provide the first hour of support at no charge for all new AVLinkPro devices. We are not responsible for network issues, inability to have someone on site or with remote access for service appointment or issues with other hardware products that could cause additional time needed for support call. The following are required to accomplish remote support:

  • Reliable Internet access: Do a simple speed test with google. Make sure internet service has good speeds.
  • Reliable cell service or hard phone line. If this is not an option, use a laptop with headset/mic to talk via Zoom or Google meet.
  • Remote Access: Laptop with Teamviewer installed.

Support Services are provided by advance appointment during weekday hours of 11:00AM -5:00PM EST, arrangements can be made for extended service hours for time zones outside of North America.
