Why Crestron Home OS 4.0+ is not upgrading properly with the installed SIPAHOY Driver?
Crestron Home OS 4 has some modifications to it's design that requires an update to the AVLinKPro SIPAHOY Platform driver. If you have upgraded or installed OS 4+ versions, please reach out to us at support@avlinkpro.com for a link to the updated platform version for OS 4+ and instructions to update to the latest SIPAHOY OS 4 version.
Please copy (Side-load) the new platform driver over the old platform driver first.
Then upgrade to Crestron Home Processor to OS4
Once this is done, check that the devices/panels/intercom stations are still connected to the AVLinKPro
If not, reboot the panels and devices and then the Crestron Processor
(DO NOT reboot the AVLinkPro unit)
