Below is the process required to remove an extension

1. Delete all copies of the extension from within the various rooms
2. Delete all copies of the extension files from the disk drive (listed below are the two main directories where files are stored)
3. user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Storage/Rad/driver-extension.pkg
4. user/Data/UsedThirdPartyDrivers/driver-extension.pkg
5. Parse the folders and sub folders for anything that says avlinkpro and remove it
6. Reboot the Crestron Home processor
7. Side load/download the updated extension
8. Click on Drivers, navigate to the appropriate subfolder, and reinstall
