How do I remove/upgrade The SIPAHOY Platform driver in my Crestron processor?

  1. Delete all copies of the extension from within the various rooms
  2. Delete all copies of the extension files from the disk drive (listed below are the two main directories where files are stored)
  3. user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Storage/Rad/driver-extension.pkg
  4. user/Data/UsedThirdPartyDrivers/driver-extension.pkg
  5. Reboot the Crestron Home processor
  6. Side load/download the updated platform driver (Or use our sideload utility)
  7. Click on Drivers, navigate to the appropriate subfolder, and reinstall
