How do I remove/upgrade The SIPAHOY Platform driver in my Crestron processor?

- Delete all copies of the extension from within the various rooms
- Delete all copies of the extension files from the disk drive (listed below are the two main directories where files are stored)
- user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Storage/Rad/driver-extension.pkg
- user/Data/UsedThirdPartyDrivers/driver-extension.pkg
- Reboot the Crestron Home processor
- Side load/download the updated platform driver (Or use our sideload utility)
- Click on Drivers, navigate to the appropriate subfolder, and reinstall
