Why are Crestron panels no longer answering calls or ringing?

Note: This applies to Crestron HOME systems:
This will happen when the panels are busy.
Make sure that DND "do not disturb" is off. Users tend to enable DND and then forget it is enabled. This will disable the RAVA functions in the panel.
If the Icon is enabled, it will show in red, if disabled it will be Gray.
