Do I need SSH credentials to setup my Crestron Touchscreen panels?

Yes, as of the latest Crestron firmware, SSH is required to access a panel with instructions. Best practice is to setup a secondary user for the purpose of using the panel with intercom communication. See the Authentication Management section in the panel product manual for adding additional users.
