Frequently Asked Question

The pre designed dial-plan rules in AVLinkPro are set to use extension channels of 100 - 299 and already installed with the following extension ranges of 100-199 and 200-299. If you created an extension channel out of that range, then you won't have a dial plan rule to call other extensions. 

If you need to modify extension numbers higher than 299, please contact our support team and we will assist in showing you how to modify or append the dial-plan rules to accommodate higher extension numbers. (There is no limit to extensions as long as your AVLinkPro device supports the extension channels and has proper licensing for them)
