I have an AVLinkPro system that was purchased before 5/15/21, can I use the Crestron Home Intercom Extension?

The answer is yes however, if you have a CH-100 unit, it will require a web update. We can arrange this if you provide us with your units MAC ID and the Crestron processor MAC ID.
The Model LP200RNO, LP360 and LPRAD untis may require an AVLinkPro lab update which will require returning the unti to our offices for a physical software update.
