In Crestron Home, my admin settings are not showing previously checked options.

Administrative settings used in the AVLinkPro settings are saved to the system. If you go back into administrative settings after closing the administrive panel, the checked boxes will no longer appear to be checked. This appears to be a bug in versions up to and including revision 3.006.0124 Make sure you update to the latest version of Crestron Home.
