In my Crestron custom application my touch panels sometimes will not connect to the door intercom.

There has been seen a recent bug in some firmware versions that effects the following:
Sometimes when TSW panels are put in sleep mode or screen saver mode, RAVA SIP does not wake up from this mode and fails to register to the AVlinkPro server.
Our suggested fix: To program off any sleep or screen saver and create a blank black page in SIMPL windows to mimic a screen saver. This will make sure the panels do not go to sleep allowing them to stay active and registered. Also, we suggested that you program the Crestron system to reboot the panels once a month to ensure they stay active.
