Panel video no longer showing in Crestron Home from Door Intercom (all brands)

Rollback solution 2/18/21 – This is a temporary fix to Crestron Home

This backdates the Crestron home app on the panels. 1.11.2 is the version that has a bug.

1) - If you go into panel web interface settings… under applications… change the application to user project… the panel will reboot.. then go back into the panel GUI and change it back to Creston home.

Once it reboots rejoin the panel to home.

2) - If you go into the panel GUI you should see the Crestron home app downgraded to 1.6 or lower. that fixes the video.

3) - To disable the TSW panels from updating:

  In text console command prompt use this command:

• appupdate disable  to disable updates
• The following will re-enable updates once this bug has been remedied by Crestron
• appupdate enable to put it back on

Note: This is a temporary fix until Crestron fixes the bug. keep in mind that we have seen that this app may update automatically and if it does it will break the video again.
